Delete your account

You can delete your ClubRun account and its data at any time, in the app or by sending a request here.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open ClubRun on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated data, including your running history and generated content, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings first; ClubRun can't cancel app store subscriptions for you.

Request deletion

Can't access the app? Enter the email address on your ClubRun account and we'll handle the request and confirm by email.
